This room provides a warm and fun environment for the children to learn while providing them with access to the seven areas of the curriculum. The children are given the opportunity to participate in a variety of stimulating and exciting activities all designed to
develop their knowledge and learning abilities.
We promote self selection and develop positive thinking and self esteem as well as encouraging and teaching independence.
The children are given the opportunity to learn through child initiated play as well as through educational games and adult led activities.
We encourage lots of messy exploration play which is not only fun but fosters an investigative mind. We also encourage role play which helps develop speech, language and vocabulary.
We also help the children with toilet training at whatever age they are ready.
When your child is ready to move on they will have learnt the appropriate skills needed to begin learning in our Bumblebee room.
